Summary:

HK Solutions undertook an asset survey for all accommodation buildings for GEMCO including 272 houses, 24 units, and 590 FIFO rooms and ancillary buildings. The assessment recorded the condition of the accommodation assets in a client-supplied template and associated app.

The assessments incorporated structure, finishes, HVAC, electrical and building NCC compliance. The team included experienced engineers, technical officers, building certifiers and drone operators, who undertook comprehensive inspections.

The information provided enabled GEMCO to understand the condition of their accommodation assets and make informed decisions including maintenance and future works.
