“Office Exchange” Program
An arrangement where a team member voluntarily works in a different office for a short period of time at the expense of the business where it is not required as part of project delivery. This is done with the intent of encouraging interaction between team members working in different regions to build team cohesiveness and a broader appreciation of the overall business.
