Since our establishment in 2015, Harris Kmon Solutions has rapidly expanded its presence nationally, serving clients in the Northern Territory, Queensland, Victoria, and Western Australia. Our dedicated team, consisting of over 45 professionals across Australia, brings a wealth of expertise in advisory, compliance, engineering, and project delivery.

  • Football Star Academy

    During 2021, we became a major sponsor of a local Geelong football club called Football Star Academy. This is a community focused initiative that covers a wide range of children’s football programs to provide value to Geelong and the greater area.

  • PMAA NT Celebration 2020

    To celebrate the winners, runners up and overall project management community in Darwin, we hosted the end-of-year event at the completion of the Project Management Achievement Awards in 2020.

  • Darwin Structural Intern

    From November 2020 to February 2021, we hosted a young structural intern in our Darwin office. We provide practical training that aims to bridge the gap between university education and real-world application of skills.

  • Geelong Electrical Intern

    Since October 2020, we have provided practical training to a young electrical engineer in Geelong. Upon completion of his internship period, we have employed James as an graduate electrical engineer.

  • NAWIC Victoria Regional Committee

    In November 2021, we sponsored a meet-and-greet breakfast to introduce NAWIC Victoria’s new Regional Committee. The committee was established to support the growing number of members and construction organisations around regional Victoria.

    Our Project Management Lead, Sinead Redmond, is an active member on the committee.

  • Women in Construction & Co Forum

    In October 2021, we sponsored Master Builder’s NT event to support and develop women in construction. The full-day event consisted of informative presentations, workshops, round tables, and networking. The day brought a fresh and inclusive take on the industry.
