HK Solutions provided Project Management services for an Urban Precinct Redevelopment to convert and End-of-Life Public Housing precinct into a multi-use development. 

The project included demolition, site remediation, redevelopment of site utilities and the development of new social housing, public infrastructure and open space.

The social housing construction comprised 78 apartments, housed in 3 three storey buildings, adding vital housing resources to the Darwin market at a critical time.
