Summary:

HK Solutions had the privilege of leading the post-cyclone rebuild of 40+ homes in Galiwinku as Project Managers on behalf of the Northern Territory Government. Our role spanned from coordinating contractors on-site to defining work scopes, engaging with the local community, inspecting defects, and managing risks along the way.

Phase 1 focused on addressing immediate housing needs to provide quick relief for residents.

Phase 2 was all about the future – identifying ideal locations and managing the construction of new permanent homes to ensure long-term stability and comfort for the community.
