Summary:

HK Solutions provided Project Management services for the design and construction of a Step-Up / Step-Down, youth mental health facility. The facility includes bedrooms and a sleepover room for staff along with an open dining area, multi-purpose activity area, quiet rooms, family room, lounge room, patio area, communal kitchen, amenities and an administration area.

The scope included design management and coordination, stakeholder coordination, financial, construction and contract management, and assistance during the Defects and Liability Period.
