Summary:

HK Solutions’ electrical and mechanical engineering teams were engaged to complete a compliance and condition assessment, design of the necessary urgent upgrades and complete a feasibility study of a proposed expansion to the existing commercial kitchen facilities at the Cairns Base Hospital.

The purpose of the works was to make immediate improvements to the existing facility and explore options for expanding the kitchen facilities to allow of an increase in the hospital’s bed capacity.
