Summary:

HK Solutions  provided Project Management services from initiation, design, procurement, construction and defects.  The Project Management role included contract administration, tender development and assessment, construction management, and variation controls, progress certificates and completion through to the end of the Defects Liability Period.

The project was successfully completed on budget to the satisfaction of the MIMI board. We were proud to assist in improving the future sustainability of the facility operation.
