Summary:

HK Solutions provided engineering services for major upgrades to six villas located at the Airport Resort.  These works were the first of multiple upgrades and required assessment of the existing buildings and design including structural design of remediation and reconfiguration works, new decks and pool bases, electrical design of upgrade works, mechanical design for replacement of HVAC, and hydraulic design for reconfiguration of bathrooms and new hot water systems. HK Solutions also undertook construction phase services including inspections and certification.

The project was completed on time under tight scheduling requirements. The design transformed ageing infrastructure into a drawcard holiday destination.
