Summary:

The new 24-hour police station delivered under a design and construct contract, based on a concept design developed in the initial stage of the project. HK Solutions managed the concept development throughout all stages of the project to ensure its successful delivery.

The police station, ca. 3500 sq, was identified as a priority for delivery. Services provided included the project management of all stakeholder engagement, design phases, procurement and construction, as well as the development of masterplans, planning approvals and the demolition of the existing brownfield site.
